Tal como indica a Organização Internacional do Trabalho, é preciso melhor regulação, pelo que face à demora incompreensível e totalmente injustificada da Provedoria de Justiça, nova queixa será apresentada junto da Comissão Unidade F4 [ mediante resgaste da documentação existente na provedoria ] , acerca do maior empregador deste Estado Membro. Afinal quem consegue fazer com que seja iniciado um eventual processo que pode conduzir a infração junto da CE no SECTOR DA JUSTIÇA [ PDF aqui ou recibo electrónico aqui ] , consegue repetir o mesmo para vários outros subsectores, destacando-se neste último o próprio regulador do Trabalho. A promessa transmitida pelo Governo português não foi satisfatória [ vide documento pdf aqui ], pois pasme-se, temos a maior taxa de precários da Europa, e o regulador mor ainda vai nu !

 18/05/2010 The labour market in the EU is showing signs of stabilising, following several months of more moderate deterioration. This is evidenced by rises in the unemployment rate easing further in most Member States in March, while in 10 countries the rate stabilised or even declined.  05/05/2010 - 06/05/2010 Organised by the European Commission, the conference will bring together 250 delegates, including policy-makers, stakeholders, researchers and representatives from projects across the EU that have implemented active inclusion initiatives.  03/05/2010 The term white jobs can be used to refer to those who work in the health and social services sector.
